Contractor Bio
Rob Dynan graduated from the University of Florida in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Building Construction degree. He was immediately employed with W. G. Mills, Inc. where he oversaw the completion of over 80 million dollars in commercial construction projects in just 5 years within the tri-county area.
With a construction industry license certifying him as a General Contractor, Rob ambitiously opened his own construction company in 2003 to focus on the residential construction needs of homeowners in Sarasota. Close to 90% of completed projects have been remodel/ additions with the remaining 10% being new residential construction and commercial tenant build-outs. He is highly interested in the principles of sustainability and seeks to work with other professionals in green industries and agencies involved with design, regulation, and management of the built environment. As evident in his continuing education classes and various certifications, Rob stays current on the leading industry standards and actively pursues solutions to the issues facing the built environments including: energy efficiency, water conservation, and proper site analysis, planning, and use.

When he isn’t out on the town meeting with architects and clients or in the office creating budgets and schedules and managing subcontractors, he is spending time with his wife, son, and dog, watching Gator Football, or longing for the next swell so he can go surfing.
